Physical / Health

  • Assistance with medical appointments
  • Nutritional meals and snacks three times a day
  • Therapeutic activities
  • Health monitoring / supervision
  • Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADL)
  • Personal care - bathing services, hair cuts, and manicures
  • Daily physical exercises based on ability
  • Caregiver support groups or referral to other programs

THE INDIVIDUAL MUST BE...

  • At least 18 years old
  • Able to walk with staff assistance and/or use of assistive devices
  • Verbally and physically non-combative
  • Free of communicable diseases

FINANCIAL INFORMATION...

  • Free for Medical Assistants participants (Red and White Card)
  • Daily and monthly rates are available
